Tim Crush
Tim has been a resident of Sacramento since 1985 and resided in the communities of River Park and East Sacramento. Married with two adult children, he is a member of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, having served on the Parish Council, Greek Festival and Building Committee. Tim is a registered Professional Civil Engineer, a LEED Accredited Professional and was a Certified Floodplain Manager from 2010-2019. Tim’s professional career included 5 years with the Bechtel Corporation, 15 years with The Spink Corporation; 10-years as a Principal/Owner and 20-years with Wood Rodgers, Inc as a Vice President/owner. Tim’s career included planning and designing master planned communities in Sacramento (McKinley Village, North Natomas), Elk Grove (Laguna West/Lakeside), Rancho Cordova (Villages of Zinfandel, Rio Del Oro), Davis and Folsom, the I-5/Laguna and Bradshaw/US-50 interchanges, flood control facilities including levees, flood gates, pump stations, detention basins and lake communities, flood studies including the Central Valley Flood Protection Plan Lower Sacramento River & Tributaries for CA Dept. Water Resources. Tim is retired and enjoys fishing and boating on the American, Sacramento, and Feather Rivers, countless number of lakes, gardening, cycling, exercising, traveling, and managing several rental properties.
Tim believes in giving back to his community by serving as a Trustee of the ARFCD and he fervently believes in insuring that your flood control and levee system meets and/or exceeds the highest design standards and provides resiliency to meet the ever changing regulatory, environmental and climatic conditions to protect your community.
